Chew Valley Badminton Club offers players of all abilities the opportunity to play, improve at, and enjoy the amazing sport of badminton.
Club nights for seniors take place at at Chew Valley leisure centre on Tuesday evenings from 8pm to 10pm.
Coached sessions for adults, most suitable for novices or those returning to badminton after a break, take place on Monday evenings from 8pm to 10pm at Chew Valley leisure centre.
Our players range from novices to county players and even a European Masters champion! All are welcome.

Costs
Senior club night fees
£5 per session for Senior Members paying in advance for the season (block booking)
£6 per session for Senior Members booking on a per-session basis
£4 per session for Junior Members (up to 18 years of age)
Adults’ coaching sessions
£7 per session if booked for the term in advance, or £8 for separate sessions.
Badminton England Affiliation – required for all players: this is currently free for affiliation valid through to the end of October 2021.
Normally affiliation is £19.50 for adults, £4.50 for juniors aged 12 to 18 years (one-off annual fee which includes insurance), free for players aged 11 and under. If any players require a Compete licence to take part in tournaments or some county matches, please contact Judith Ogden for instructions on how to upgrade.
